Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cut rhubarb, unpeeled (1/2 inch)
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon or more to taste
    1/2 c. cold water
    red food coloring
Preparation
    Pour mixed dry ingredients over rhubarb pieces in a bowl.
    Add cold water and mix together.
    Add food coloring.
    Pour into a greased pan.
    Cover with topping.
