Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 can sauerkraut
1 c. celery, cut fine
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper or 5 or 6 red sweet canned peppers or pimentos, cut up
Preparation
-
Bring sugar and vinegar to boil and let cool.
Drain well and cut up sauerkraut.
Add rest of ingredients.
Pour syrup over and let stand overnight.
Very important to stand overnight. Delicious.
