Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. tomatoes
    3 c. celery
    1 c. green pepper
    3 c. onion
    1/4 c. salt
    2 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. pickling spice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and place in large pan.
    Grind celery, green pepper and onion.
    Mix with tomatoes.
    Pour salt over mixture and cover with water.
    Let stand overnight.
