Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large, tart apples
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Pare and slice apples, place in a greased shallow baking dish. Stir together in a bowl, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add unbeaten egg, melted and cooled butter or margarine.
    Blend with fork until well mixed.
    Drop mixture, by spoonful, over the apples.
    Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
    Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
