Bacon Spinach Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/3 c. water
2 c. herb stuffing mix
1/2 c. mild sausage, uncooked
1 c. Parmesan grated cheese
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 lb. bacon
Preparation
-
Melt butter in the water.
Remove from heat.
Stir in stuffing and add the rest of the ingredients, except bacon.
Chill at least one hour.
