Banana Slat Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
3 lg. ripe bananas, mashed
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
pinch salt
Preparation

Cream oleo with sugar and blend well; add beaten eggs to mixture.
Add vanilla and bananas to creamed mixture.
Sift and measure flour with soda and sift again.
Add milk and dry ingredients alternately to creamed mixture.
Bake in 9x13-inch pan for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
