Tomato Juice Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 c. water
    1 slice onion
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 bay leaf
    4 sprigs parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes, onion, celery, bay leaf and parsley gently together in an enamel or glass saucepan 30 minutes. Strain and season with salt, paprika and sugar. Chill thoroughly.
