Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. minced parsley
    10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain off fat.
    Add flour, salt and sauteed mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add soup and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat through.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve with Chinese noodles or rice.
