Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Pour
    in sugar slowly.
    Beat well.
    Beat in eggs one
    at a time.
    Add potatoes and vanilla.
    Sift flour and spices.
    Fold
    into
    batter.
    Fold\tin
    nuts
    and coconut. Pour in large tube pan and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
