Fudgie Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 2 tsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium saucepan. Combine sugar and cocoa.
    Add to butter.
    Blend in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.
    Stir in flour and nuts.
    Spread in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.
    Cool and cut into 16 squares.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar for an extra touch.
