Country Ribs(Very Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork country-style ribs
    3/4 c. chili sauce
    1/2 c. grape jelly
    1 Tbsp. dry red wine (optional)
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Cut pork ribs into serving pieces.
    Arrange, meaty side up, in ungreased pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Cover and bake in 325\u00b0 oven until tender, about 2 hours; drain.
    Heat remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally, until jelly is dissolved.
    Pour over pork.
