Salmon Party Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 lb. can salmon, flaked, remove bone and dark meat
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    chopped nuts
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine cheese, juice, onion and seasoning.
    Then add salmon. Chill 2 hours.
    Shape mixture into ball.
    Roll in nuts and parsley.
    Serve with crackers.
