Mildred Pardue'S Blue Ribbon Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated raw carrots
    4 eggs (unbeaten)
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add eggs and oil. Beat on low speed until well mixed. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8-inch cake pans. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
