Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, flaked
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. bread crumbs, softened with milk (1/4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Shape into loaf and bake in a greased baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
