Ingredients

1 pkg. wonton skins
3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
peanut oil
1 c. water
Preparation

Twist each wonton skin in the center to resemble a butterfly. Heat peanut oil to 375\u00b0 in saucepan or electric skillet.
Deep fry each skin in hot oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
