Butter Creams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. margarine
4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
melting chocolate
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients until well blended.
Form into uniform balls. Melt chocolate in a double boiler on low heat.
Dip balls into chocolate to cover.
Let cool; store airtight in a cool dry place.
