Silky Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. roasted peanuts (unsalted)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter chips
Preparation

Grease an 8-inch square pan.
In a heavy 3-quart pan, combine sugar, milk, butter and salt.
Cook over medium heat until bubbling.
Stir constantly.
Reduce heat to low.
Cook for 5 minutes, until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Quickly stir in marshmallows, chips, peanuts and vanilla until melted and smooth.
Pour in pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into small squares.
Store in airtight container.
Layer with wax paper.
