Ingredients

1 raw pie crust (9-inch)
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk
coconut, bag or can (use 2 1/2 c. or more if you like)
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar together.
Have crust ready with about 1/2-inch coconut spread in bottom.
Mix all other ingredients and pour over coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown (30 minutes). To add a little something special, try adding a few raisins or pecans or a cupful of chocolate chips.
