Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk (not diluted)
    1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes; spread over 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Top with cornflakes and margarine.
    In saucepan, saute onion in 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Stir in soups, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Bake for 50 minutes.
