Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cream cheese
    3 small carrots
    1 small onion
    1 small cucumber
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt/red pepper
Preparation
    Grind or grate the 3 vegetables.
    Drain well.
    Add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese and mix well.
    Add well drained vegetables, salt and red pepper.
    Spread on crackers.
    Top with olives or pimentos.
