Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook until thick (approximately 7 minutes in microwave).
    Pour over 6 medium-size apples, cubed, and 1 cup of marshmallows.
    Let cool.
    Add nuts or raisins, if desired.
