2 pie shells
1 lb. sausage
8 eggs
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain off fat.
Beat eggs.
Add in cheeses and sausage.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
