Chilled Peanut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. roasted peanuts
    3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Combine peanuts and 1 can of broth in container of blender; process until smooth.
    Pour into a large saucepan.
    Add remaining 2 cans of broth, half and half and chili powder.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat; stir often.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Chill.
    Yields 6 cups.
