Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease a 10-inch cast-iron or ovenproof skillet.
Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into skillet and bake 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Serve with Vanilla Cream Syrup.
Serves 6.
