Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can pineapple, drained
    3 slices bread, cubed
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    roasted pecans
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan (9 x 9-inch).
    Mix together the next 5 ingredients and pour into baking dish with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, 1 tablespoon sugar and roasted pecans. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
