Creole Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    dash of paprika
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can green peas
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in hot bacon drippings until tender. Add flour, salt, sugar and paprika.
    Stir until blended. Add tomatoes and simmer for about 15 minutes.
    Stir in green peas; heat through and serve.
