Frozen Peach Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium peaches, peeled and chopped
    1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. sour cream (use light)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3/4 to 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Puree peaches in a blender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Blend and pour in container and freeze.
